BMW Teams finished 2nd,  4th, 6th and 15th in the 2015 annual running of the 24 hours of the Nurburgring.  John Edwards, driving with the privateer team Walkenhorst in a BMW Z4 GT3 delieverd a strong result in 6th just behind the two cars of the BMW Sports Trophy Team Marc VDS factory team who finished second and fourth.
